Pros

- Salary On time - Friendly working environment in development team but no advance knowledge of developers

Cons

Toxic leadership: The COO behaves unprofessionally and does not treat developers with respect. Despite preaching about professionalism, his actions and tone are often degrading and inconsistent.The COO is great maderchod. He is background is garments works so he treated the developer as a garments works. No work-life balance: Employees are expected to work like factory laborers. Even during personal events like weddings or illness, time off is discouraged or denied. Leave policy is poorly managed: Casual leave, sick leave, or emergency leave are treated as luxuries, not rights. Requesting leave often results in harsh remarks or humiliation. Disrespectful communication: The management uses demotivating and sometimes insulting language. Developers are not given the dignity or recognition they deserve. Background bias: There is a strong feeling that management lacks understanding of the software industry, and tries to enforce a "garments-style" management culture onto IT professionals.

1. The company COO is abnormal and a angry person. Looks like illiterate. 2. The interview taker was dirty person. Bad odor came from his cloths. 3. Very poor salary. 4. Less worker. Too much pressure. 5. Overtime pressure. 6. Force to stay giving extra work. 7. Toxic culture. 8. Insult employees always.

Pros

Toxic person COO. He treats with all employees like garments employees. Every day he shouts with employees. Heavy work pressure, force to stay till 9 pm. Have no Out time, no overtime allowance. MD Sir have no power to execute any rules, he like an employee of COO. Every single fault of employee has to pay tk. Have no Fixed Labour law, always change rules. Here many of the toxic rules available Against employees but have no facilities. After joining till 3 months, you have to do job till 9 pm compulsory. No excuse allows about this. Every single moment they are tracking your activities through the spy software. Every 3 days, salary deduct as one day accordingly though you do work till 8-9 pm, those extra work It’s call dedication for company.
