Remote work, good no, great coworkers that have each other's back as much as possible considering the mess we have to work with.
Cons
The 3 stars are for the CS/Tech teams, not management. The CEO always pushes for more more more yet gives less and less. He demands everyone give more than 40 hours a week, more than 9-5 but does not offer additional compensation. He sets unrealistic expectations and doesn't provide adequate support or encouragement. They laid off a bunch of really good and caring people leaving those that remain to struggle and suffer. The company has never been profitable and payroll runs behind frequently. Parts of the system are only partially functional, missing huge components that impact the end user's business. I can't believe their investors have been so patient.
