      DO NOT WORK FOR SYNERGY!!

      Starter company. A good way to get your foot on the ladder of the security industry but nothing more.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? Management dont care about you. Its a case of getting bodies on sites. You are just a number to them. They are the most disorganized company I have ever come across. They will HOUND you on your days off to work on other sites. 30 plus missed calls in the space of an hour or so would not be uncommon. They are an absolute disgrace!!
