-Synophic HR are not helpful, as they never respond to ur calls or email to focus on not resolving your issues. -Fresher has to sign 3yr contract. starting stipend is 17k. -HR generally forgets to provide the employees their probation confirmation letter. - No growth internally, unless and until you get converted to cisco(which is a dream to every synophic engineer) -PM has no scope of growth. As they dont have any position available after PM with the company.

I worked in Synophic for a short period but it was hell. For starters/freshers mayb it's good. But after working in a MNC, it felt very worse. The management don't know what they are doin. Everyone hates the HR. Forget about professionalism. They put many blames on you without any investigation. Really had a very bad time here.
