- Demanding job so you learn quite a bit which is the only pro

Cons

- Terrible Managers who have no knowledge on how to manage teams. They only care about themselves and are UNWILLING to offer a lending hand. - They look down on you for having to take family time off - Working hours are horrendous - Only response to the cries of their employees when it becomes a crisis
