9yIt is with regret that we read this review. We are very proud of the quality of our individual contributors and managers at SynteractHCR and the passion they have for our mission to develop a better future for patients. As an organization, one of our core values is ‘our people make a difference’ and we take pride in the diverse, culturally-rich population of professionals who support our clients every day. Being flexible, inclusive and respectful is also foundational to the way we do business. From line management, through department management through to our CEO, our open door policy allows for two-way communication, so that in the event one of our team has things on their mind, they have a forum to speak up. It appears SynteractHCR was not a fit for you, and we hope you find an environment that fits your personal and professional choices.
