      Easy to get hired. Very fast process - but many red flags. Don't ignore them

      Cons

      Lies. Job is nothing like described. HR is fake. Revolving door of employees. Why do they need 2 full time HR for an office with 12 people? To keep up with the hiring and firing. No desire to correct issues - just pretend that they don't exist and you are negative if you point them out. No integrity. Most toxic culture I've seen. Lies told. People living in fear. One leader who is full-on dishonest and runs the show.

      Meh at best. Some of the admin staff is nice but that's about it. Everyone comments about how rude and bad at communicating HR has been. Night shift is left to find for themselves. NO extra pay for nights (which is sad considering most places offer at least a little extra pay). The company tries to save a dollar wherever they can, despite how it affects the employees. Many people have quit or are already on their way out. Clinical staff needs to have the ability to heavily weigh on interviews; this company is currently losing respect for hiring just anyone and everyone to fulfill roles. Definitely a lot of kinks to work out... wondering if the company cares enough to even try.

      No pros to this job

      Cons

      They try to cheat you out of your pay. They make you clock out for everything and micromanage you. You are treated like a slave at this job. They make you do coaching calls and deduct from your pay check which is hardly anything to begin with. Not worth it.
