Pros
Very good culture: management and colleagues are used to be clear, transparent and collaborative. Interesting business: supply chain & logistics business is complex and need competent people to manage it, employer tend to offer internal training plan to cover any possible gap. Great environment: people are managed in a fair and human way, employer tend to be supportive as much as possible with all the people.
Cons
Organization could be more stable and defined: processes are clear but often under review, probably because the complexity of the business and the market require this.
