I can't think of any pros.... Maybe that it was easy to get in

This company did not even communicate to us that they were a temporary employment agency and that they were sending us out to an entirely different company. When we showed up at the job site we had no idea we weren't working for the company that actually hired us. It took us 2 days before we realized that we were just being hired out to this company. They also didn't tell us how to get paid. I missed my first paycheck because again there was no communication.
