Pros
Some very nice people, I made good friends for life there, paid reasonably well. In the early days off-sites were very cool, as well as very many cool projects.
Cons
With size, politics, what a shame, some in management were and still are truly talent-less, I hear some are still there, but all the good people that were there in my time have left. Too much rotation in middle management . No innovation, just curve fitting, is it a wonder the returns are suffering. Great boost to be attached to AMG, I am sure those AMG guys are crying though. No career opportunities.
