Pros

Bonus and flexi benefits Good location Flexible timing

Cons

1. Toxic work culture. 2. Colleagues and senior management get things done based on instilling fear and threatening others, including staff and external vendors. 3. Lack of transparency. 4. CEO is unprofessional, paranoid and over sensitive, oftentimes putting her emotions into work matters. 5. CEO shouts and berates employees on a daily basis, and let go of staff at her own whim and fancy. 6. CEO hired all her friends at the middle and senior management level, who are mostly incompetent and lack the necessary experience required. 7. Meetings with the CEO can last 5 hours without any breaks. Meetings often only start at 6pm. 8. Messy and inconsistent SOP. 9. Job roles and KPI unclear. 10. During the covid outbreak when regulations required staff to wfh, HR published a wfh schedule just for show. CEO insisted that staff be back in office citing reasons such as “people who wfh too much will become lazy” and “you’re not working when you’re at home”.

Pros

slow paced, low stress, staggered timing.

Cons

Unprofessional management, from HR Department to the CEO. CEO uses vulgarities (the Four letter word) on staff. Raises her voice too often, too much. HR Dept, biased, create and enjoy office politics.
