      You will get paid for salary

      Cons

      No training for new Joiners not even freshers. All young team who and mostly it's their first company so they don't know what else company offers . No Framework , Company uses free tools only. No work culture. Other can ceo most senior person age is around 25 so you can imagine how things are working
