Cons
The owner of this company is too harsh with his employees. He doesn't care about employee's genuine reasons. Even if you are allotted 2 holidays a month they do not sanction for leaves when asked. There is no respect for any employee whether it is a fresher or at a managerial level. If you are even 2-5 minutes late you are in his cabin. Too much workload, no Saturday off. Too many targets to be achieved. Insults were done in front of the whole staff. Lunch also is decided by the management who will sit with whom. No work time limits. Regular is 9-6 but if the target is not achieved then you are made to sit until 7-8 in the evening. Payments are delayed. Usually, you receive it by the 10th of every month but sometimes it is 12-15 also.
