- Good sponsorship for Japanese woking visa - Good office location and quality - Main architect has good design intentions
Cons
- Poor unprofessional management with very little experience - Not so much staff resulting in lots of unpaid overtime - Messy projects favoring quantity over quality - Toxic atmosphere between mangers and staff - Only Chinese commercial projects for the past 5-7 years - Chinese language is a huge barrier for international and Japanese staff - No respect for personal life (extremely bad work/life balance)

I was told in the interview that the office is working on “some” projects in Japan, but eventually there were only projects from China. There are talented designers in the studio however the power and resources are centralised to inexperienced managers, projects were badly managed. The management is both emotional and unprofessional , young designers were hardly harassed with blames, loads of unpaid overtime and disrespect of personal life. Experienced staffs who can professionally take care of studio daily routine and project were resigning, due to the disappointing business and management decision from the founder.
