Pros
It used to be the people, honestly now it is really hard to find something positive about this place. A handful of leaders will listen and show up as they should.
Cons
Its a long list, but lets start with senior management is never there, they never listen to what is happening, they are fine letting the environment become unsafe and are hiding accidents and safety issues concerns brought forward. If you don't have the same last name watch out because they will retaliate if you bring forward a concern or issue.

Close to home and at the time decent pay.
Cons
Every 2 weeks they hire someone to take the place of the employee they just fired before their 90 days. Several good solid workers fired so TGFluids doesn't have to pay benefits. Favoritism of family/friends. Be prepared and have a job lined up near 90 days. Worked 2013
