Ask to speak with previous ex-employees and you'll see why these three companies (CRI Genetics, Skin Research Institute, and CRI Naturals) that go under the title "th genesis" are all horrible companies to work for. The turnover rate is incredibly high and that speaks volumes! Employees are constantly talking negatively about the two CEOs. They had a day where employees were essentially forced to write fake positive reviews. Also the most shockingly unprofessional and unsanitary place I've ever worked in. From homophobic and misogynistic jokes, the way the CEOs treat their employees after they're hired is deeply disrespectful and disturbing. It was incredibly upsetting seeing coworkers being disrespected and abused. Avoid wasting your time even interviewing for any of their jobs.
