A lot fake reviews the owner would constantly ask us to leave good reviews but didn’t actually take steps to take care of their employees. Nightmare of a leadership team. Really just one guy running the chaotic show. They laid off people after telling the entire team they were not going to be laid off. Very very immature owner please be careful

As a sales leader, you get to learn and talk to potential fashion customers and understand their problems and workflows.

Cons

- The company strategy changes monthly based on the mood of the CEO with no real data backing his decisions. This would've been fine except you are blamed for goals that were missed when you only have days/weeks to react. No one in the US has lasted more than 18 months with the company - You will not be given the right tools to do your job. CEO is a penny pincher, which is fine for startups, but not ok if he constantly questions your decision on why you need certain paid tools that cost less than a few bucks. - You will be micromanaged. The CEO will question your decisions even if he does not have any domain expertise in your field. He must approve your decisions before you move forward
