People are good! Specially if you’re in tech engagement world of tech.

Cons

Awful company, terrible leadership, patchwork all over, say yes to anything and squish anything into software. Loads of redundancy and most unstable environment you can imagine - removing UK team and adding engineers in India but none is solving the underlying problem of lack of process and excess of Adhoc measures and no retrospection. Best way to describe is someone who is panicking while in deep water and hoping splashing everywhere will save him
