Growth opportunities can be enhanced

There is no proper HR policy in the company. The owner directly changes company policies anytime according to his own benefit. There is no professional work culture. The owner often talks negatively about employees with his favorite staff members. Commitments made at the time of joining are not honored. Instead, there is constant pressure to complete personal tasks. If you try to leave this toxic environment, the company does not provide reasonable notice to search for a better opportunity. Employees are suddenly terminated without valid reasons, especially if they are found looking for another job. Additionally, the last salary is often not paid. Employees are mentally pressured to such an extent that they feel it is better to leave the money rather than continue interacting with such a toxic environment.
