- The opportunity to work on numerous projects and see how differeng companies run their software teams (CI/CD, programming paradigms, different languages). - Lots of fun activities like office games nights and trivia. - Great people with a passion for their craft.

My time over at Tactable was truly enjoyable. Being part of the company at its early stages really gave me a huge opportunity to not only grow professionally but also at a personal level. In between all the perks that come with working for Tactable, some of them include: - Good work/life balance - Huge potential to learn and delve into various sides of the development lifecyle - Great colleagues and management - Remote/on-site working options - Competitive wages Overall, it has been a life enriching experience
Cons
At the stage in which I left the company, I sincerely can't think of any major issues. I'm sure as the company keeps on growing, it will run into hurdles but as long as management keeps a clear and concise path of where it wants to go taking into account its employees, it should be able to overcome these easily.
