      Some really terrible people, dirty poorly preserved F5's, inadequate tools, test equipment, and tech data, inadequate management, QA and supervision, inadequate supply system, inadequate facilities

      Company places premium on QOL and taking care of high performers. Mission is absolutely fantastic with real purpose. Strong culture, does not lay off hard workers.

      Cons

      Challenging aviation industry. Resource limited in some areas; pay is good, not great. Heavy travel required in some positions.
