I worked with the company as a Business Development Manager for nearly 8 years, during which I gained significant exposure to international markets, engaging with clients across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines. It was a great experience working with a supportive and capable team, and being involved in RFID technology was particularly enriching and insightful.
The company provided continuous learning opportunities and entrusted me with greater responsibilities, including a transition to their UAE operations. I received annual salary increments, and the performance management system was well-structured—non-performing employees were closely monitored, counseled, and, when necessary, let go, as retaining them could hinder the growth of the organization.
Overall, it was a growing organization that ensured a healthy work-life balance. We were also given opportunities to travel and collaborate with the UAE team based on our roles and contributions. I'm thankful for the valuable experience and the professional growth I achieved during my tenure.
