      Pros

      Some great Researchers on the team and the bonus is good if you can achieve it.

      Cons

      Communication is awful or non-existent. Management decisions are erratic and emotionally led. Everything is top-down, you think you'll have a voice but it's never listened to or actually actioned for things that matter. There are no inspiring leaders in this company, only old-fashioned style Managers. They laid off a lot of their staff without warning just before Christmas 2022. Just a very toxic environment.
