My experience with TalentPro was disappointing. Several things promised verbally, such as work-from-home arrangements and overtime pay, were not honored. Working hours differed significantly from what was stated at hiring. Even if you renew your contract, a salary increase is not guaranteed. Many hires are brought in through a secondment contract via headhunters, often because the client company is unable or unwilling to offer permanent positions. If you are considering working with TalentPro, or being recruited by them, proceed with caution.
