      Pros

      I am working with Talentquest India ( Purpleframe) from more then a year. Got lots of challenges in work which helped me to improve my skills and added CAN DO factor in my mind set. Here employee get chance to work in verious different domains like e-learning, health care, Gaming etc as per his skill set. This company is suitable for beginners or experienced person. Right skill employee get more apportunity.

      Cons

      Balancing work and personal life is little challenging here as some time managing time is difficult due to work load.

      The best thing of the company is the projects and only few people in management.

      Cons

      The worst thing is planning of projects. No capable PMz, media manager doesn't have skills to manage projects. instead of helping and supporting to team there'll be managers are busy in blaming the team.
