      There is no real pro, former people who left now were good.

      Cons

      The new general manager has been very disappointing. He lacks the skills and experience needed to lead effectively and often comes across as toxic and authoritarian. His leadership style has created a negative work environment.

      Nice people and a funny atmosphere

      - No follow up of the consultant during the mission - No real career path - They attract you with beautiful promises... but you don't really see any results - The projects are not aligned with our expectations as consultants I don't know where the positive comments come from...
