Pros
Excellent head of department. Always has time to speak, and genuinely listens. Understands that the company is ours (the teams) to do with what we want. He is a true enabler and passionate about good work.
Cons
The department is young, so is still finding its feet. Onboarding is slow to improve, and certain operational processes still need to be ironed out.
