Pros

Telemedicine is nice, but system is not perfect. Too many programs are needed at once

Cons

WAY too many programs are used to complete the work. HUNDREDS of passwords need to be maintained in order to stay up to date at all facilities. The company also looks at you as a cash cow and treats you as one. Only whipping you to see more patients and bill irresponsibly to make more more and more money. The company will not support you in any way. They will only support there contracted facilities which are bringing in money. Providers are an expendable resource. You are scheduled for 14-15 hours at night and are paid for 12 hours and they don't understand that and won't pay appropriately.

Pros

Working From Home Not a lot of work and overstaffed

Cons

Doesn't feel any growth is possible. My department has no yearly written reviews or accomplishments. I could slack off like my team does and most likely receive and be treated the same way when pay raises come around if they do.
