      Managers are amazing and helpful

      Cons

      If you don't git 40hr. You lose all bonus, commissions and spiffs. You also get your pay bumped down to $10! So don't expect to make a living wage it isn't possible. Lots of loopholes to keep you from making money. If no sales in 1st 4hr you will be sent home without pay for the day

      work from home. town hall meetings

      Cons

      all you do is work for $11 an hour. if you don't hit your 40 hrs you only make $10 you don't get any of your commissions either if you miss it too. Work hours kind of suck. two 10 min breaks and hour lunch isnt bad.
