      flexible work and decent hiring process

      Cons

      Their process of vetting senior engineers on the team leaves a lot to be desired. They have a heavy reliance on remote workers that makes it difficult to coordinate across timezones so work can be stagnant.

      * Emerging industry; mobile fundraising for political orgs & non-profits * A real team-like atmosphere * Growing team of smart people * Ability to have great influence on the company's success * Ability to own shares in the company

      Cons

      * Remote can have its challenges for getting to know people more closely, however it's a small tradeoff to be able to work from any city you want
