      Pros

      Some managers and employees are fun and supportive.

      Cons

      There is no tip out hostess, some management is unhelpful, no employee meals—only a minimal discount. Overstaffed with limited shifts, especially in slower seasons.

      Pros

      Usually a fun group to work with. Cliche, but we really are like family. The money is good when its busy.

      Cons

      They seem to really be hiring anyone off the streets, or family friends with trust funds. Over staffed by unmotivated individuals unwilling to learn, plus business slowing way down makes for long days making no money.
