      Pros

      I have been mentally harrassed in this company by Parnay Narang and Manish Kumar. These guys have lost the humanity at all levels and should not be allowed to work in any organisation

      Cons

      Please take legal action against these guys as they will continue to harras people in future as well. There might be some losses of lives if they are not fired.

      Only positive I can talk about it the Brand Name of TeamLease.

      Cons

      Work culture is not great, Top management and some of the colleagues were not supportive enough, do lot of politics. They can insult people during team meetings incase of poor performance, instead of understanding those challenges behind it and addressing them
