Cons
Very low pay. Unfortunately, the company is run by a very young and inexperienced team. The team doesn't work with agile methodologies and has a lot to learn and grow, especially on processes and ways of working when build teach products and solving real customer problems. It's a start-up that leverages and outsources cheap development from India to build products and QA and collaboration with the development team doesn't exist. The whole team is really disjointed and the project managers are the ones that run the show and have decisional power on the product instead of the design team which is ridiculous. The company doesn't see the value of real design methodologies and real craft which is a real shame. A few clients weren't happy and were not very impressed with the work produced and pulled out and I don't wonder why.
