Pros
- Wonderful coworkers - Growing company - Great team environment - Everyone is supportive and helpful - Opportunity for employees to acquire Microsoft certifications - Opportunity for employees to move up - Great benefits (visual, dental,...)
Cons
- On Call shifts (but at least they are rotating) - Sometimes the hours are long, especially in case of an emergency (which makes sense) - No 401K and salary is on the low end (but negotiable)

Nice office space, adequate parking
Cons
Some really nice people as coworkers, but management is a mess. Being sent on jobs on the fly & with little information is common. And salaries are far behind similar companies in this space
