      You will have an honest boss here, Donnie will go beyond out of his way to help you succeed. Great environment to learn and grow in, you will be given the opportunity to learn every aspect of managing IT for a business.

      Cons

      Metrics are a big driver and can feel cumbersome to keep on top of all the metrics tools on top of the work. Pay is nominal (which is normal for any smaller organization).
