Pros
- Very good atmosphere in general, nice staff - Very good organization - Interesting job, especially when you are new to the job - For those who like that: nice and fast moving market - Not too unfair salary (or maybe I'm not demanding at all)
Cons
- career prospects pretty limited - staff turnover could be lower - located in the middle of nowhere, would be a nightmare without a car
