They give opportunity for anyone to grow, they easily promote individuals with potential.
Cons
Salary isn't competitive compared with other Call center companies and HR team are usually unresponsive. We often experiencing disputes and a day or 2 delays in payroll and lapses on the government mandatory benefits.
