Individual contributors are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

I made a mistake to deliver what they wanted before my probation period had ended, so they got rid of me, even though while I was working I received nothing but praise from my superiors. Hectic management style is the root cause for the poor business record. The owner swears at meetings where others must behave.

Salary is alright, always on time, you get an increase in salary every year.

Cons

Terrible management, the CEO from Vienna is very delusional, has no idea what to do and how the things are done in the office in Belgrade.
