Pros

- Great Company Culture, recent award for Sunday Times Top 100 'Best Companies to work for' - Great people who mainly have a real 'can do' and positive attitude. - Salary and benefits are around market-rate with some very good personal and family benefits. - Opportunities to move within the global organisation and between roles. - Employees are encouraged to air their recommendations. - Customer Advocacy is a key strategic pillar, supported by actively supported NPS surveys of customers.

Cons

- Work/Life balance is often poor since P20 arrived in December 2013, with longer hours now needed due to complexity of process. - Not sure Asia really get the current size and service limitations, around C-Level awareness on network/portfolio in Europe and US or have any real plans to address it quickly enough.

Pros

The people working in operationals

Cons

Senior Managers don't value operational staff, too much blame culture. Poor processes and systems. Senior managers only interested in their own career progression.

Pros

Working from home, free fruit and soft drinks, discounted gym, standard pension and benefits. Bottom tiered staff are always friendly and helpful, their culture is truly special. Actively championing diversity in the workplace. Keep it up.

Cons

The great culture isn't widespread and doesn't travel upwards in a lot of areas. Politics-driven, siloed, backwards thinking, manipulative and poor decisions. Manager doesn't care. Has told the team to care less. Has said they are looking for another job and doesn't blame the team if we do the same. Will throw you under a bus though. Very poor guidance and support all round. If you challenge the issues, you'll regret it. Management cannot take any form of constructive feedback. There are pockets of good management here and there, Sales in particular.
