      Pros

      It is hard to find many real pro's for working with Tentel. Some great staff members and real talent lost through poor management. Living wage employer.

      Cons

      Due to poor management you'll be doing more than your contracted hours. No real training and no real willingness to change. You'll spend hours of the day wanting to just shake someone and get them to listen to you. Even the customers sympathise for the staff at times.

      Pros

      Started out with great enthusiasm, fun team and free coffee and fruit. Met some amazing people along the way. Fair wage.

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets, no training, favouritism toward MD's family and no appreciation for the staff. Genuinely the worst place I have ever worked, high turn over of senior staff and CSA's due to the MD being a micromanaging bully with 0 empathy and understanding for any difficulties faced. This company has no idea how the industry operates, such a shame for a company that started out with so much promise.

      Beware, this is without doubt the single worst company I've ever worked for. Almost no pros. I'd give this place 0 stars if it wasn't for some of the staff.

      Cons

      Non stop erratic changes Pressure, big unhealthy amounts of it Terrible training, or lack of Useless senior team, all talk, failed promises No support or coaching, I mean none! Long hours, longer than contract stated MD is a dictator who no one likes, apart from his mentally subdued senior team and family If your friends or family with the MD everything's cool, if not, your treated with disdain and apathy. They had some great people, they realised the truth quickly and left...
