Pros

- The people doing the work at the team level are usually amazing. - Interesting work to be done (usually). - Fully remote. - Decent pay. - Flexible PTO.

Cons

- Tyrannical management style under the current (returned) co-founder. - Direction changes based on what annoys the leadership most that has nothing to do with what we've built or are building. - Politics have become a thing here. - Forced to hear the CEO's insane views on conspiracy theories he believes to be true. - Company lost it's soul at the expense of one man's ego.

really couldn't have asked for a better place to work for. Great people from diverse backgrounds, confident and capable of getting their jobs done.

Cons

since the restructuring under the rogue founder, the company I knew has ceased to exist.

- Completely remote team -- there are no offices - Positive, diverse environment of people all over the world - Kind & thoughtful leadership - Work whatever days/hours you want as long as the quality and quantity of your work is on point - Pay & benefits beyond what you could reasonably imagine. Seriously. As of now, I wake up every work day excited, because I know I'm going to have a flexible, meaningful, mentally stimulating day ahead of me.

Cons

Not many. But to leadership I ask: Are we spending too much money? How stable is this?
