Cons
Small company with a large company feel. (Other positions have no input.) The headquarters is in the middle of the city. Highly seasonal. (Can burn you out) Paid leave takes way too long to get approved and sometimes occurs the day before. Strict and ever-increasing expense policies make it hard to get paid back when you use your personal money or resources. Goals to receive performance payouts are team-based and typically unachievable, which is unmotivating.
