Pros
Nice colleagues and atmosphere, there is opportunity to learn new things in the technical domain is vast and complex. Great flexibility and work life balance. Stability of job as the company operates in a monopoly with Danish navy.
Cons
Management is a group of "nice PowerPoint" makers, they come every 6 months with big re-organization changes (maybe to show that they work?) but in fact all the people keep doing most of the same things with different job titles. In short the impression is they talk a lot about valuing people and keeping them for lifetime careers and all sort of similar stuff but in reality they don´t care and when people with good skills and know how leave they don´t blink an eye. They pretend to be inclusive and hired more internationals but in reality you can really see there is "us" and "them" when i comes to danish and internationals including favoritisms and double standards. All the management is danish and it seems that internationals are there to fill the "diversity and inclusion quota". The salary is average, if you stay in the company for 2/3 years you will end up quite underpaid compared to the market value. The responsibilities can grow but there is no real career progression except some "fancy " internal titles that do not correspond to salary raise and they are assigned on a mysterious basis.
