Pros

200% match for first 4%; fully vested on day 1. Casual culture (jeans are ok even on Monday) very competitive pay open to telecommuting very good vacation/sick leave full benefits package (heath, dental, vision)

Cons

Usually a fun place to work, but morale at the moment is rock bottom. Career advancement is limited due to being a small company.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great 401K, decent pay. Great co-workers. The location is convenient (not on base).

Cons

Management is a MESS- lacks experience, direction and planning. Don't listen to employees. Willing to cut corners. Great product(s) and engineering- but such poor sales and management that operating a valid program is nearly impossible. Racist and masoginist undertone in everything.

Pros

Best 401K in town. Conveniently located away from the base. PMs are generally left to operate semi-autonomously, as long as the revenue comes in on time. Pretty decent pay.

Cons

Management can be tyrannical, working unilaterally without explanations and seemingly without a plan. Management is too busy to focus on things like process improvement, listening to gripes, or working on anything other than the proverbial 5-meter target. Upward mobility is stifled due to a very small middle management layer. Company has a poor record with women/minorities.
