Pros
There is no good point about this company not for employees at least. Not even good for freshers. Meals are provided but most of the time poor quality
Cons
1. They befool you at the time of interview by telling all kind of BS like a very good salary hike(80% hike), Saturdays are half day working, etc. (none of them are true). There 17 or 18 employees. The salary they give for first six months is 8k per month and after probation period the salary will be 12k(this is fixed), it is not at all based on performance. So don’t fall for anything they tell you during interview. 2. They've got high rated fake profiles on freelancing site Upwork through which they make fool out of clients by sometimes working as person X, sometimes Y. That is, they make employees work on behalf of some other persons(the profiles they have on Upwork) which means your name will not be anywhere in your 10 hours work. I still don’t know whose photo they have put as profile images on Upwork. 3. They have many positive reviews about their company but don’t fall for them as most of them are fake and created by them only 4. There is not a growing company. All they do is exploit the employees.
