Pros

There are some genuine coworkers.

Cons

Where do i start? Leadership loves to pick favorites. Double standards regarding policies and procedures. Management nevers accept responsibility, always makes you feel like you're wrong. Uses information said in confidence against you when it fits their narrative. Unorganized. No centralized communication. Commission requirements were unrealistic. Its their word against yours.

Pros

Truly there are good people who work there and do want to facilitate a good environment.

Cons

Excessive favoritism across the board. If the memberships sales people like a trainer more than other trainers they will feed that person clients. The managers allow it to happen and turn the other cheek. The managers micromanage to the point where people want to quit. The front they put on is great but when you become a part of their “family” it means absolutely nothing. You are only as good as the sales you made last month but that’s skewed because of the favoritism. You can make all the cold calls you want and talk to every person that walks in that door but if memberships don’t want to give you clients your schedule will always fall short.
