The less than favourable treatment I received whilst working within Development Management was absolutely heartbreaking. I put everything in to my career and my own growth and I was gaslit, overlooked repeatedly and offered no support. I left for maternity and I was forgotten for a year - excluded from Comms, events etc Experiences of Thakeham really do vary throughout the departments and management styles are not managed in themselves. There was a frustratingly obvious (and well documented) amount of misogyny and sexism within my team which was ignored with no repercussion and remains present to this day.
