Engineering job is equal to a driver, weight lifting, cleaner. if you don't have self-respect then its perfect job, coz you will be insulted by any means for your hard work. no timings maintained one is supposed to roam all day and update at night. its NOT A ELECTRICAL CORE company. its just installs like a aquaguard installer.
Cons
your 4-year engineering will be wasted. you have to invest money and beg them in return. they just recruit for your bikes and initial money for them to grow up. No safety measures forced to work in dusty condition with carpenters, and workers at night without rest. due to low financial background if one is ready to work hard . he wont be rewarded , rewards will be enjoyed in front of you by salesman and woman
