Pros

- Pay has increased and is much more in-line with what you’d expect for a trainee journalist. - Somewhere to start for graduates wanting to go into TV journalism. - You learn lots about writing, editing and time management for TV broadcast.

Cons

- Extremely unprofessional environment (bitchiness, daily office arguments, loudness). - Mentally and emotionally taxing. - Manipulative, bullying management. - No creative leniency. - The company has a bad reputation- it’s not looked upon favourably by future employers.

Pros

Daniel Cass is a capitalist with no human emotions towards his team.

Cons

It’s a really small group of people in the biggest headquarter and that’s not even open to diversity.
