Pros
Service users are lovely - when they are not angry at The Action Group for poor service!
Cons
Management don't seem to care about their staff at all. They say they encourage people with disabilities to work for them but then don't take into consideration any medical issues when putting you on a shift that requires certain physical work for instance. Managers also give you false information, training is for the most part awful. I really hated working here. The pay is awful and they expect you to use your own mobile phone for work usage. And then people wonder why there is a crisis in care work. Oh and you can only book Christmas holidays in October when they give you permission to have time off... or not. By then, most flights, etc are far too expensive for such a poor salary. I could go on and on. Really unpleasant experience.
